You will be contacted if a substitution must be made on a premium apparel product; in other instances, we will do our very best to make comparable substitution with what is available. If we are unable to make a substitution, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified.

Currently, we give an estimated print date, as well as the date we expect you to receive your order. Our goal is to meet all deadlines and get your custom apparel order to you by our estimated date that you acknowledge when you order.
