*We are starting to see stock levels rise after a couple of years of very low levels, but there is still a chance that substitutions may have to be made when this pre-order ends. You will be contacted if a substitution must be made on a premium apparel product; in other instances, we will do our very best to make comparable substitution with what is available. If we are unable to make a substitution, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified.
*Pre-Order Delay Acknowledgement: Kolby Lane Designs processes several pre-orders for schools and businesses this time of year. Currently, we give an estimated print date, as well as the date we expect you to receive your order. Our goal is to meet all deadlines and get your custom apparel order to you by our estimated date that you acknowledge when you order. Please understand that some delays are unexpected, and you will be contacted if, in fact, your order will be part of any delay.

*Pre-Order Explanation: All pre-orders are run through an organization that is fundraising to earn funds. All organizations set their own pricing and store/print dates. The reason an organization would choose a pre-order is because it allows them to print custom apparel specific to their organization without having to hold stock, which can be very expensive. We do not hold any stock in any of our pre-order apparel, all apparel is printed and packed to order.
