Collection: Shoes

KLD SHOE POLICY:

We know that sometimes they just don't fit how you want them to! You are always welcome to return or exchange . You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you.  Shoes must be returned in new condition, just as they are received.  All shoes will be inspected thoroughly before a refund is issued.  If we see any signs of wear, the return will not be accepted, no exceptions.

*Please be aware that all shoes are very recently ordered and all purchases are pre-orders that will ship as soon as we receive them in our shop.  Your estimated ship date will be on your order confirmation you receive by email or through your shop app.*

*All return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.  Please email holly@kolbylanedesigns.com  if you need to process a return.
